Halloween 2012

This last Halloween was a blast. Jessi, Ryan, and Hayley were able to come up and spend some time with the family. It was fun doing all of the ward parties, and dressing up the kids to match. Jayde got to ride her first Ferris Wheel at Scheels, pick out her and her brother's own pumpkin at the pumpkin patch, and learn how to carve them out.

We also went to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving Point which was very fun. Jayde loved climbing all over the wooden playsets, playing in the corn maze, trying out all the good food and playing on the bounce houses.

 Colt was a devil and Jayde was an angel for Halloween. They did great in their costumes! Jayde loved walking door to door and learning that when she said "Trick or Treat" she would get candy. She was in heaven!

living in Sandy

Living in Sandy has been great! We are loving the fact that Tyson's parents have a trampoline and swings. Jayde has loved the aquarium  and all the attention from the grandparents. Tyson absolutely LOVES his job, and he gets home around 7:15 at night which I'm trying to get more accustomed to. We are enjoying the Utah games, and being able to see a lot more family a lot more often!

Trip to Kingman

Before we moved we figured we'd better visit Jessi and Ryan in Kingman since they were only 3 hours away and we wouldn't be able to see them much after moving to Sandy. We had a blast relaxing, watching the girls play, learning how to shoot bows (I shot a bulls-eye on my first try! We won't mention the tries after that though), going to a local football game, eating cupcakes, watching Hayley be her little tornado self, letting Jayde ride a horse for the first time, and touring the Kingman train. Thanks for an awesome trip guys!

Zoo Animals & U Animals

We took a trip up to Salt Lake to go to one of the Utah games. Jayde always loves going to her Nana & Papa's house, and it was fun taking her to the zoo. She LOVES animals, and was pointing ooh'ing and aah'ing the entire time. It was so cute. On the way up there is a petting zoo in Scipio which is the best because Jayde can watch the animals while I feed Colt - win win!

She loves jumping on the tramp - and I love watching her and seeing her trampoline hair.

 She was very hesitant of the rhino because it was right on the other side of the glass. Stood at the elephant and kept wanting to go back to see them. We asked if giraffes are short or tall and she said, 'So Tall!' with that hand gesture.

He slept a lot of the game which was possible from these earmuff things we had for Jayde. Don't mind the fact that they're pink - he sure didn't!

Trip - successful

Our Summer:
