St. George is very desert-ey and unnaturally hot in the summer. Just looking at the large red rock mountains makes me thirsty.
Who would have suspected that this would happen here, let alone twice in one winter.
The second time it snowed it stayed on the ground for a few weeks because it wasn't warm enough to melt it.
It was fun watching the neighbor kids make big snowmen by collecting snow from other people's yards to contribute to their creations.
Even though they may never have an official 'Snow Day' off of school, it will be fun to play in with Jayde when she is bigger.
