Pablo

In August we house-sat for Tyson's aunt and uncle while their family was away on vacation in California. I was super excited because we were able to watch their adorable puppy 'Pablo', which we had a blast doing.
Some interesting things we weren't accustomed to:

*He sometimes likes shoes...not all the time, but just the times when you accidentally leave them on the floor and aren't watching... RIP Locals Flip Flops.

*Putting a dog to bed is probably different than putting a kid to bed - puppies will whine until you let them back out to play with them until their exhausted which is sometimes past 11pm.

*You can't sit and cuddle watching a movie because he'll want to join you with his slobbery goodness on the couch, and will try until you give up and one of you is sitting on the floor with one of his toys with him.

*Walking dogs on Saturday mornings to breakfast is fun.

*Leaves made him to CRAZY when they blew in the wind...I don't think he knew they weren't alive and wanting to attack.

*The feeling you get when you come home and they are SOOO excited to see you is pretty cool... until they pee on the floor because they're so excited and you have to clean it up heh.

*Puppies are absolutely adorable, but a ton of hard work!

*Tyson and I decided that we officially won't get a dog until our last kid is old enough to pick up the poo... I'm now trying to convince him to get me a fish ;0)
